Kakinada Institute of Technological Sciences (KITS), Ramachandrapuram was established in 2008. Run by Raja Ratna Healthcare and Educational Trust with the objective of providing Technical Education par excellence to the Rural & Semi-urban students of East Godavari, West Godavari, Visakhapatnam and Srikakulam districts. The college was located at 5 Km from the distance of Ramachandrapuram town, and 20 km from Kakinada, Head quarter of E. G. Dt (A.P) the College has a serene Environment, ideal for effective teaching – learning process. It has sufficient infrastructure with an administration block of 24,000 sq. ft. It facilitates AC Auditorium, AC Conference- room, well equipped laboratories, free internet with 70 Mbps leased line, a world class Library server with 2.5 tb back up area, an A.T.M. H.T. Power supply two generator sets of capacity 100 kva, excellent canteen to cater to the needs of students and staff.

The RAJA RATNA HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST has rendered services in educational domain for a period of decade. In its journey the activities carried are widely spread in the rural areas. RRHETs main object is to enable the inherent quality of the education to cater the needs of our country, which is prescribed in National Educational Policy- 2020.

TRUST has embarked itself in upliftment of the society, by improving social infra structures in rural areas like Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari (Dist.). It initiated by developing educational institution in the domains of Engineering, Agriculture, Management, Veterinary, Medical, Para Medical, Medical, Dental, Teacher Training Education, & etc. which result in inclusive growth and inspiring the students of young generation.
